Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable, with some issues like a cramped bathroom and patches on the walls. The service was attentive and accommodating but had its ups and downs. The location, although a bit sketchy with lots of truckers around, was surprisingly quiet. Overall, a decent stay with both positives and negatives.
The hotel is situated in an industrial area off the freeway, with convenient proximity to the needed area but surrounded by truck-filled spaces. The staff are exceptionally kind and hospitable, although some service instances were intrusive. The dining experience lacks variety, and the location's surroundings can be considered rough and unsafe.
The hotel had super clean rooms, but they were much smaller than pictured and I didn't get the room I booked. There weren't enough outlets either. The service was friendly and helpful, although not entirely cooperative. The location wasn't as expected, next to a gas station with lots of truckers. Despite these drawbacks, the area was surprisingly quiet. The facilities were fine, but nothing outstanding was noted.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was nice and clean, but the location was a bit sketchy next to a gas station with many truckers around. The service was friendly, but some aspects were not as expected. The dining experience left much to be desired, although the facilities were decent.
The hotel is listed as downtown but is actually located on the West side of the city. The rooms had some issues like missing curtain brackets with holes and different color paint causing a disjointed feel. There was a noticeable smoke smell indicating previous guests may have been smoking. Additionally, the parking situation was not ideal, and the bathroom felt cramped, especially for larger individuals.
The hotel's location is convenient for my needs and feels safe, but it is not in the greatest area. The rooms were uncomfortably small, especially the bathroom. The staff, while assuring me of safety, came across as rude in their interactions with me.
